Parmesan Asiago Spread

A delicious mixture of two kinds of premium cheeses, blended with garlic and spices, and then California EVOO is added.  Use as topping for warm crusty bread or fresh, sliced baked tomatoes. Stir a few tablespoons into steaming pasta, soup, or stew. Use in mashed, baked, or scallop potatoes. Great topping for pizza and sandwiches. Can be served as a quick dip appetizer with crackers.
