Customers often use this Balsamic in marinades for chicken, pork, and fish. A great substitute for teriyaki sauce when grilling. Simply brush it on during cooking.

If you like a little heat in your food, blend our Pineapple Balsamic with our Jalapeno Olive Oil. Use this combination to marinate fish, shrimp, chicken, or pork. Another great dish for this combo is Black Bean & Corn salad.

Use Pineapple Balsamic in fruit salads instead of lemon juice to prevent the fruit from browning.
