Our Blackberry Balsamic Vinegar is truly artisan and made right here in California. Using California balsamic and fresh blackberries grown on the organic farm of this family, it is developed over time until a rich smooth finish is created. A pleasant tanginess is found in this Balsamic Vinegar, perfect for those that don’t enjoy the deep sweetness of some older Balsamic Vinegars.

A tasty addition to marinades for pork or chicken heading for the grill.

This Balsamic is perfect for adding zip to your salad dressing. Customers love to pair this Balsamic with our Blood Orange Olive Oil and make a salad with mixed spring greens, blue cheese, apples and toasted nuts.
