Orders, Shipping & Returns
Thank you for shopping with More Than Olives. Our highest priority is to have happy customers! Please contact us immediately if you have a concern. We handle each situation personally and to our customer’s satisfaction.
Your order will be processed within 24 hours of order placement. If you should need to cancel the order, you must do so by 12:00 noon PST, the next day by calling the store, 916-933-1650.
Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days to return an item from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. You must notify More Than Olives of your return by calling the store to advise us of this action, 916-933-1650.
Once your return order is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you once the shipment is received and inspected at our facility. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
