Thank you for shopping with More Than Olives. Our highest priority is to have happy customers! Please contact us immediately if you have a concern. We handle each situation personally and to our customer’s satisfaction.


Your order will be processed within 24 hours of order placement. If you should need to cancel the order, you must do so by 12:00 noon PST, the next day by calling the store, 916-933-1650.

Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days to return an item from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. You must notify More Than Olives of your return by calling the store to advise us of this action, 916-933-1650.

Once your return order is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you once the shipment is received and inspected at our facility. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.


FREE SHIPPING on orders $100 or more! $10.99 flat-rate shipping on all orders under $100.

We ship to all states in the Continental US.   

We use both UPS Ground and United States Post Office depending on where the shipment is going and the size of the shipment. 

We want you to know that we review each order closely to determine the best shipping method and type of packaging we will use for the product to ensure the products arrive safely.  We are reducing our use of bubble wrap and using more “green” packaging material. We use as many paper-based products as we can to protect the products shipping and to fill the box. Unfortunately, sometimes bubble wrap is just the best way to protect the products in the shipping box. 

If you should receive a damaged box, or if a product inside the box arrives damaged, please take pictures of both the shipping box and the broken products in the box. Also, a picture of the product itself (if possible). Many carriers will not let us place a claim without supporting pictures on the condition of the box and products.  Please reach out to us about the problem as soon as you can. Pictures should be emailed to customerservice@morethanolives.shop with a reference to the shipment.   Don’t worry we get new product moving to you right away!  

We can say damage is a rare occurrence for us. We believe this is a result of the care we take in packing our shipments.
