Cheesy Corned Beef Horseradish Dip

Creamy, cheesy, and full of flavor! This dip can be served in a bread bowl or in a casserole dish. Dip into it with chunks of bread or crackers.
Ingredients:
- 8 Ounces Terrapin Ridge Farms Roasted Garlic Horseradish Dip
- 14 Ounces Sauerkraut, drained well
- ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Cups Swiss Cheese, shredded and divided
- 4 Ounces Corned Beef, chopped
- ⅛ Cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Place the sauerkraut in a strainer and let it drain.
In a bowl add the Terrapin Ridge Farms Roasted Garlic Horseradish Dip, Sauerkraut, Mayonnaise, 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss Cheese, and chopped Corned Beef. Stir until everything is well combined.
If using a bread round as your serving bowl, core out the middle and pour the dip in. Place the bread round onto a baking pan and cover the top with foil. If using an oven-safe bowl, fill it with the dip and cover with a lid or foil.
Bake the dip for 15 – 20 minutes, then uncover the dip and sprinkle with the remaining ½ cup of Swiss Cheese and chopped parsley. Continue baking for 10 minutes and the cheese on top is melted.
Serve warm with crackers or cubed soft bread.
