Apple Maple Bacon Jam Appetizer

This will become your favorite appetizer to serve guests or your new favorite delicious treat for an afternoon snack. Incredibly easy to make and extra delicious.
Ingredients:
- 2 Apples, Fuji, Honey Crisp, or Your Choice
- ⅓ Jar Terrapin Ridge Farms Apple Maple Bacon Jam
- 2 oz Blue Cheese, Crumbled
- 1 Cup Walnut Pieces, Toasted
- ¼ cup More Than Olives Peach White Balsamic
Directions:
Using a sauté pan heated to medium heat, add the walnuts. Cook the walnut pieces, continually stirring, and tossing them until slightly brown. This can happen quickly, so keep a careful watch. Set aside to cool.
Wash and dry your apples. Cut the apples in half and remove the core. Slice each apple into ¼ inch slices. Place the slices into a shallow bowl and add the More Than Olives Peach White Balsamic. Toss the apples to coat them completely. This will keep them from turning brown.
Choose your serving plate and arrange the apples in a circular fashion on the plate in a single layer. Sprinkle the apples with the Blue Cheese crumbles and toasted walnuts.
Warm the Apple Maple Bacon Jam for about 10 seconds in the microwave. You just want to loosen it so it will pour. Drizzle Apple Maple Bacon Jam over apples.
Serve and enjoy!
