We all know “Fresh is Best” when it comes to Olive Oil! Not only best in taste, but best for you in health benefits and certified each year by the COOC. Our goal is to provide our customers with the freshest Olive Oil available. We won’t sell you Olive Oil that has travelled half-way around the globe. Sourcing from local California Olive Ranches, allows us to provide you with their current years’ harvested Olive Oil. We often drive to the growers to pick up the Olive Oil. Olive harvesting and milling occurs in October-December. These new Olive Oils are generally arriving in the store in January. We continue this cycle each year. The growers we work with always certify each years Olive Oil with the California Olive Oil Council. This rigorous testing process ensures that we can provide you with the highest quality Olive Oil available.
